Founder & Owner of MyVA
Marie founded MyVA after many years of working across international, service-driven, and business-focused environments. Her background combines leadership experience, assistant roles, hospitality, administration, and client-facing support.
Having lived abroad for more than 28 years, including London, Tokyo, Switzerland, Mexico, Poland, Spain, and Sweden, Marie brings an international perspective and a strong global network to her work.
Before starting MyVA, Marie worked with market-leading companies and organisations including Tietoevry, Banksjrot, Miva Media, CIS Investments, Index Pharmaceuticals, Conrad Hilton Hotel, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IHMI Hotel Management School in Switzerland.

Executive Assistant
Carina brings over 15 years of experience across executive assistance, lifestyle management, concierge services, luxury travel, and personal support. Having lived in Portugal, Canada, Spain, and Mexico, and fluent in Portuguese, English, Spanish, and French, she is especially well suited to supporting international clients with calm, adaptable problem-solving.
